This may include your call logs and contact list, as well as any calls, text messages, or voicemails that you report as spam or that our system identifies as spam. If you enable the CallerHQ voicemail, we will transcribe and store your voicemails. With the CallerHQ voicemail enabled, you can authorize LawHQ to transfer missed calls to a LawHQ investigator so we can track down the spammer.

If you use the CallerHQ app, our investigators may need to track down the caller behind the telephone spam that you receive and in the process of interacting with a caller who has spammed you, we may use your name or phone number in the interaction with the caller.

Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
